"JAKE AND THE NEVER LAND PIRATES" NOW on DVD!
YO HO, LET’S GO MATEYS! {Sponsored Post}
>Jake and the Never Land PiratesThis is a sponsored post from Macaroni Kid National.
Disney’s #1 series Jake and the Never Land Pirates has set sail like never before with a DVD and soundtrack! The Walt Disney Studios released Jake and the Never Land Pirates: Yo Ho, Mateys Away! on DVD September 27th! Jake and the Never Land Pirates is well on its way to being Disney Channel's #1 preschool series ever. With 47% of Moms watching with their preschooler, it’s the most co-viewed series among all Disney Junior and Nickelodeon series!
If you have a child between ages two and six, you most likely tune into Disney Junior’s Jake and the Never Land Pirates daily. If not, you’re missing out and can now catch up on DVD! Jake and the Never Land Pirates, based off of the classic Disney franchise, Peter Pan, quickly became the most popular series for the kiddos! This show’s really got everything from exciting adventures, learning & discoveries, using teamwork to overcome obstacles, and fabulous music & graphics as well!
While kids get lost in Jake’s explorations, parents can appreciate the beneficial combination of social & academic skills-made-fun! Jake and his pals, Izzy and Cubby, make great role models for little viewers. Two-year-olds are introduced to basic socials skills, healthy friendships, kindness, and sharing, while those closer to kindergarten see the benefits of collaboration and cooperation to attain a common goal, an important skill both in school & life.
It’s engaging and fun for all ages! Jake and the Never Land Pirates stars Colin Ford, Madison Pettis, Jonathan Morgan Heit, David Arquette, Corey Burton and Jeff Bennett. A music-filled interactive treasure hunt, the series introduces a crew of kid pirates – leader Jake and pals Izzy and Cubby – and follows their Never Land adventures as they work to outwit two infamous characters, the one and only Captain Hook and Smee, from Disney's classic Peter Pan. Every episode features the animated Sharky and Bones characters as they pop up throughout to perform original pirate ditties, and each episode concludes with a live action music video featuring The Never Land Pirate Band!
Kids can take the music with them (and they will!) with Walt Disney Records’ eighteen hook-filled songs released September 20th! Written and performed by Loren Hoskins and Kevin Hendrickson, a.k.a. Sharky and Bones of The Never Land Pirate Band, the album is sure to thrill any young pirate. In addition to the great tunes, are downloadable activities and games to plan the perfect pirate party, a Sing-Along version of the show’s theme song and a bonus track from a future episode! The deluxe edition also includes a genuine pirate bandana sure to make pirate-play that much better for your little pirate!
So get ready to get your pirate on! Jake and the Never Land Pirates: Yo Ho, Mateys Away! is packed full with seven episodes from the series and two incredible bonus features including Yo Ho, You Want To Be A Pirate?, where Jake teaches viewers how to talk like a pirate, and Pirate Party With Pirate-oke, a collection of music videos performed by The Never Land Pirate Band that allow viewers to enjoy with or without the sing-along/karaoke-like feature.
