Two of my favorites are the Pookie Poncho™ which can can be used as a baby carrier cover and blanket for a stroller or car-seat and the Duo double stroller blanket. They have thought of the little details that are important for city moms on the move.   The Duo blanket has a center zipper which allows children to easily climb in and out of the stroller one at at time or both at the same time - no struggling to zip it all the way around! The water-repellent finish is essential for when you are caught in unexpected weather.  

The mittens for infants and children are adorable. I never had much luck keeping mittens on my tots, but now that they are older they wear them all the time.  Mittens became essential when I was pushing a stroller around.  7AM's WarMMuffs will keep your hands cozy as you push the stroller around town, but are easy to slip out of to retrieve lost toys, wipe noses and dig for snacks.
